Combined courses

Description

Our combined courses allow you to combine group French classes in the morning with private lessons or excursions in the afternoon. In this way you can tailor-made your schedule!

While group classes will allow you to make rapid progress thanks to strong interaction with other students, private classes will enable you to focus on a specific grammar point or to deal with a new topic (e.g. business, art, fashion, gastronomy, oenology, diplomacy…). The excursions will be an opportunity to discover the French culture. Indeed, at Elfe, we are convinced that language and culture are inseparable!

Types of courses offered

2 types of formulas are offered:

Group classes in the morning (15 hours per week) + private classes in the afternoon (5 hours or 10 hours per week)
Group classes in the morning (15 hours per week) + afternoon excursions (5 hours per week)

Dates

Every Monday (except for beginners: 1st Monday of the month).

Monday to Friday: 9am-12pm (group classes) and from 1pm (private classes or excursions).

Price

From €900 per week
765 per week for 18-25 year-olds

+ administrative fees: 90 €
The textbook must be purchased by the student (€25-30).

Evaluations

To help us assess your level:

A placement test at the time of registration to integrate the group of your level.
An evaluation each Friday to check your mastery of the important points of the week’s program.
A change of level validated by an evaluation of the 4 skills of the CECRL.

The objectives of the A0 level

This course is designed for students who are beginners. It aims to develop communicative competence to enable students to make themselves understood and to understand in very simple everyday situations.

The objectives of level B1

The objectives of the B1 course are to help the student fill in the gaps by quickly reviewing the knowledge acquired in A2 and to lead him/her towards independence. It is composed of 2 sub-levels B1.1 (125h) and B1.2 (125h).
