Terms and conditions of enrolment for French courses

REGISTRATION

Minimum age: 18
Upon receipt of the registration form and your French test, we will send you a quotation.
Your registration will be definitive upon receipt of full payment.
For visa applications, we will send you the necessary documents upon receipt of full payment.
Any changes made after confirmation will be billed at €70.
DHL delivery charge: €100.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 30 days before the start of the course: 90€ administration fee and 120€ accommodation fee non-refundable;
Between 30 days and 15 days before the start of the course: 50% of the invoiced amount non-refundable;

• Less than 15 days: 100% of the invoiced amount not refunded;
• Courses already started: 100% of the invoiced amount not refunded;
• In the event of cancellation due to non-obtainment of a visa and on presentation of an official document, Elfe undertakes to reimburse the amount already received, less the 90€ fee;

Any private lesson cancelled or postponed less than 48 hours before the scheduled date will not be reimbursed;
In the event of an insufficient number of participants on the chosen course, the school reserves the right to offer you a program of equivalent value.
Exceptional health situation :

• In the event of closure of the school for reasons of “force majeure”, a state of emergency or a decision by the French authorities after courses have already begun, the course will be offered online. No refunds will be possible
• If the student is unable to travel due to health restrictions and has to cancel his or her stay before the start of the course, the school may postpone the course for a period of 18 months at no extra charge.
  No refund.

Payments must be made in euros to ELFE
